Homemade Gatorade

Make this all-natural, preservative and dye-free gatorade at home for a fraction of the cost!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups 100% Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Juice or Tea of Choice orange=fresh squeezed orange juice, red= pomegranate, cranberry, hibiscus tea green=green tea or fresh green juice, yellow= lemon or pineapple. Can skip juice or tea and add green or blue spirulina for coloring.
  • 2 tbsp Honey or agave Adjust to taste. The coconut water may be sweet enough without any added honey or agave.
  • 40 drops Trace Minerals You can also use 1/4 tbsp of Celtic or Grey Sea Salt.
  • 4 cups Filtered Water
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice Add to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Combine coconut water and fruit juice or tea in a two-quart pitcher.
  • Stir in honey or agave and trace minerals or salt.
  • Once dissolved add in the water and lemon or lime juice.
  • Immediately chill the pitcher or separate into 8 oz glass bottles and chill.
