- 1 cup Baked Sweet Potato
- 2 Eggs or flax eggs
- 1/2 cup Nut butter of choice I used almond
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup 1/2 cup if you want it sweeter
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda if you use another flour that already has backing soda omit the 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup Walnuts optional
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then fold together.
Pour into 8x8 baking sheet and top with more chocolate chunks and walnuts.
Bake for 30 min at 350. Enjoy!
