Ingredients
- 1 cup Baked Sweet Potato
- 2 Eggs or flax eggs
- 1/2 cup Nut butter of choice I used almond
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup 1/2 cup if you want it sweeter
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda if you use another flour that already has backing soda omit the 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup Walnuts optional
Instructions
- Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then fold together.
- Pour into 8x8 baking sheet and top with more chocolate chunks and walnuts.
- Bake for 30 min at 350. Enjoy!
