These sweet potato brownies are the perfect sweet treat that keeps your hormones and blood sugar balances while satiating your cravings!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Baked Sweet Potato
  • 2 Eggs or flax eggs
  • 1/2 cup Nut butter of choice I used almond
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup 1/2 cup if you want it sweeter
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda if you use another flour that already has backing soda omit the 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then fold together.
  • Pour into 8x8 baking sheet and top with more chocolate chunks and walnuts.
  • Bake for 30 min at 350. Enjoy!
