- 9 Large Carrots
- 1/2 tbsp Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Yellow Onion
- 3 cups Bone Broth
- 1 cup Coconut Cream Optional if you like it cremier
- 1 tbsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
Roast carrots and 1/2 onion with olive oil & salt and pepper for 30 min at 375.
Blend carrots, onion and ginger with bone broth. (You can add more seasoning like garlic or cumin or add coconut cream to make it creamier)
Garnish with olive oil, pumpkin seeds, chive or sip! Enjoy!
