Ingredients
- 9 Large Carrots
- 1/2 tbsp Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Yellow Onion
- 3 cups Bone Broth
- 1 cup Coconut Cream Optional if you like it cremier
- 1 tbsp Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
Instructions
- Roast carrots and 1/2 onion with olive oil & salt and pepper for 30 min at 375.
- Blend carrots, onion and ginger with bone broth. (You can add more seasoning like garlic or cumin or add coconut cream to make it creamier)
- Garnish with olive oil, pumpkin seeds, chive or sip! Enjoy!
