High Protein Flax Bread

This high protein flax bread is gluten-free, full of fiber, omega-3's and zero net carbs.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Ground golden flax seeds
  • 5 Eggs To make egg-free substitute for 6 cups of water
  • 1/3 cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 tbsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup optional for added sweetness (will not make recipe keto)
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds optional for topping
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts optional for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x5 or 8x4 lined pan.
  • Top with crushed walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes at 375.
  • Let cool then slice.
  • Refrigerate and enjoy for up to 5 days!
