High Protein Flax Bread
This high protein flax bread is gluten-free, full of fiber, omega-3's and zero net carbs.

- 2 cups Ground golden flax seeds
- 5 Eggs To make egg-free substitute for 6 cups of water
- 1/3 cup Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup optional for added sweetness (will not make recipe keto)
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds optional for topping
- 1 tbsp Walnuts optional for topping
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x5 or 8x4 lined pan.
Top with crushed walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
Bake for 35-45 minutes at 375.
Let cool then slice.
Refrigerate and enjoy for up to 5 days!
